AKYTTSA Teacher Training
African Kundalini Yoga Teachers Training South Africa (AKYTTSA)
Do you have an important message, a vision that you talk about, and meditate on, one that you know needs to be shared with the world? Do you feel that it is time to rise up in your vast creative capacity to serve your world? The key to living a purposeful life is growing your capacity for emotional intelligence, flexibility and daily consistency. Your best life is one lived in purpose.
AKYTTSA teacher training offers an opportunity for you to realise your personal mission. AND we go one step further: our training emphasises the importance of social justice and creates the context for you to weave together your personal mission with the broader needs of your community. Patanjali’s yamas and niyamas underlie the awareness that without social justice entering into one’s understanding of yoga practice, addressing sattvic (true) health is impossible, thus we train our teachers to address holistic health not only within their own bodies, and the bodies of others, but also within society.
